Great creamy, thick ice cream. Birthday cake (has cake chunks!) and tiramisu flavors are exceptional. I got my order for free because they mis-scooped on a previous customer's. Great customer service! Very kind of them to give it for free. Bi-Rite Creamery x Dolores Park is a peak combination.

Nuisance. Block the sidewalk all day (first picture taken before they even opened their store. Second picture taken midday. Lines can be hard to manage, but when a business blocks access for strollers and wheelchairs on a busy sidewalk this becomes a problem. Will continue to submit pictures to city resources and encourage owners to find a solution where they donβt disregard everyone use of the sidewalk for their business. Tartine is a block away, always crowded, always has a respectful queue without blocking the sidewalk. Edit: to the owners who responded here - I canβt reply to your comment, so editing mine to respond. You can see βexactly what I sawβ when trying to move past your store on the sidewalk in both images I uploaded. In the first image, your store is clearly not even open with a white barrier over the door. I walk by your store frequently and have flagged this to staff and helped them clear their barricade and they promptly obstruct the sidewalk again 30 min later (again, no crowds). The sidewalk doesnβt belong to you.

Always a great spot to grab ice cream and then walk it off in The Mission. I usually go for the chocolate vanilla soft serve swirl with buffalo mix but this Moroccan Caramel Swirl is amazing

Perfect ice cream stop before heading to the park next door. Heard this was one of the best ice cream shops in the city, so we swung by after a late brunch around 3PM. The line was long. Took us about 20 minutes to get inside and order, but it was totally worth the wait. We tried a few of their most popular flavors: Black Sesame, Balsamic Strawberry, and Honey Lavender. My personal favorites were the latter two. Both had delicate, nuanced flavors. The balsamic and lavender notes were subtle, just enough to leave a pleasantly aromatic finish without overwhelming the creamy base.
